4th NAPOLEONIC REENACTMENT “THE SIEGES OF ASTORGA
1812-2012”
RULES
• Each re-enactor with a firearm that recreates life in the campsite will be given a transport aid of 90 euros. Re-enactors with a firearm that spend the night at the sports centre will be given an aid of 30 euros. Re-enactors with deactivated arms will be given an aid that has not been decided by the organization yet.
• Only a campsite woman will be paid transport aid (90 €) every ten soldiers with a firearm.
• Preference will be given to foreign groups in order to be lodged at the sports centre.
• There are only 200 beds available. Preference will be given to the registration forms on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Only the first 700 re-enactors that hand in the registration form will be given transport aid.
• Re-enactors with a firearm will be given preference over the others.
• Gunpowder will be provided by the organization.
• Cavalrymen will be given either transport aid or a horse. Both of them at the same time are not possible!
• The organization will only provide a meal in the battlefield on Saturday. Re-enactors should carry their own sets of cutlery, plates and glasses. Food will not be provided at any other time during the weekend.
• The organization will provide re-enactors with enough water, firewood and straw to be used in the campsite.
• Toilets and shower baths will be at the disposal of re-enactors.
• Every single re-enactor must be registered on Friday the 27th in order to organize the payment of transport aid as well as the distribution of gunpowder, the planning of the reenactment itself and the way the battles should be carried out.
• Those groups that turn up with fewer re-enactors than they had previously registered will be penalized, as they are taking away the transport aid of other re-enactors.
• The payment of transport aid will be carried out on Saturday morning (28th of April).
• The registration forms provided by this organization must be properly filled in. Those registration forms not provided by the organization will not be allowed.
• The period campsite will be watched over during the weekend. Those groups that have their own tents and equipment are asked to please bring them in order to enhance the reenactment.
